Tomorrow, March 31, is National Crayon Day! To celebrate I thought it would be great to view a read-aloud of The Crayon Box That Talked by Shane DeRolf (click here). After viewing, if you have a printer, you can print out these coloring pages to color! Will you use just one crayon or all of them?

There are so many great things being shared on social media these days. My sister shared this project the other day that she did with her own children, and I decided to do it as well! All you need is sidewalk chalk and tape! If you don't have a wood fence, you can do it on a sidewalk or driveway, or anywhere you would normally draw with chalk! The steps are super easy:
So, as an art teacher, I like to try and think creatively. I've got over 1000 students between two schools and want to find a way to reach as many of them as I can - and bring some fun and learning through art during these strange times. I've never made a website, but I knew Weebly had an area focused on educators and students, so I thought this would be the way to go. I started trying to navigate this new venture yesterday and I'm sort of getting it. So, bear with me (this is really me talking to myself right now).
